6 Beds ⋅ 5 Baths ⋅ Carlouel SubDv. ⋅ 33767 Zip Code

LARGEST Gulf-Front Lot Offered For Sale in Nearly 4 Years! With Gulf views in the back, and Bay views in the front, makes this an extremely rare opportunity on Clearwater Beach's coveted North Beach. Located on the most desirable part of Eldorado Avenue, and directly across from the exclusive Carlouel Yacht Club. This oversized lot (11,117 sqft) boasts 90 feet of frontage on the stunning Gulf of Mexico—significantly larger than most neighboring properties. This prime location offers breathtaking views and endless potential. Elevator takes you to all floors. Ground floor Mother-in-Law suite with private entrance and ensuite Bath. The existing 5,000+ sqft home includes 6 BR (one bedroom can double as office) + Den/Playroom and 5 BA. The home is offered as-is, making it the perfect canvas on one of North Beach's finest streets. Upper Floor: Fully Intact; Only the lower level sustained flood damage from Hurricane Helene. The upper floor bedrooms, bathrooms, and structural integrity are entirely unaffected — meaning a buyer receives full value of the existing 5,000+ sq ft layout with targeted, lower-level remediation only. Two visions: One exceptional address. Whether you are drawn to the beauty of preserving a well-built family home or envision raising a custom estate from the ground up, 1058 Eldorado accommodates both with equal distinction. PATH ONE: Restore & Revitalize- Honor the home's heritage while modernizing to today's luxury standards. With only the lower level requiring attention, the cost to create a stunning, turn-key Gulf-front residence is a fraction of new construction — and faster. PATH TWO: Blank Slate. Dream Home. A 90-foot Gulf-front lot is the rarest commodity on Clearwater Beach. Cleared and redeveloped, this parcel supports a $6–8M+ custom estate — one designed precisely for the buyer's vision, maximizing views, setback advantage, and luxury programming. STRATEGIC POSITION: Set back. Elevated. Protected. What might appear as "distance from the water" is, in fact, this property's most under appreciated advantage. Sitting approximately 500 feet from the high tide line, 1058 Eldorado occupies a rare position: genuinely Gulf-front, yet buffered by one of Florida's broadest natural beach corridors— unobstructed views, natural privacy through depth, and a property that has consistently attracted interest precisely because it sits at the apex of North Beach. THE VIEWS: Two bodies of water. One address. Dual-water-view properties on Clearwater Beach are exceptionally rare. 1058 Eldorado delivers both — Gulf of Mexico sunsets from the rear and serene Intracoastal/Bay views from the front. This is a view composition that no standard lot can replicate. Carlouel Beach and Yacht Club: $45M+ MEMBER-APPROVED REBUILD BUDGET "Carlouel is entering an exciting new era — a complete clubhouse rebuild designed to honor its storied history while reimagining the future of private coastal living."
