Welcome to a gated community that most drive right past without knowing what’s inside. This turnkey 2-bedroom, 2-bath home sits on a corner lot, which means extra breathing room, more natural light, and a little more privacy than you’d find on an interior lot. The kitchen has been updated and comes with stainless steel appliances, so you can cook, host, or just make a good cup of coffee without changing a thing. The primary bath has also been refreshed, and the home has been well cared for throughout. The hot water heater is newer, replaced in 2022, which is one less item on your to-do list. Everything here is ready to go. Bring your suitcase and your favorite chair, and you’re moved in. Step outside, and the community does a lot of the work for you. There’s a clubhouse for gatherings or a quiet afternoon, tennis courts, pickleball courts, and a pool and spa. Whether you want a morning match, an evening swim, or a place to meet the neighbors, it’s all inside the gates and a short walk from your front door. The Nokomis Public Beach is less than two miles away. That’s close enough to head to the beach on foot, by bicycle or golfcart, for sunset on a whim, yet far enough back that your street stays calm and quiet. If you’ve been looking for a low-maintenance home in a well-kept community near the water, this one deserves a look.
